These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Authoricy's SEO and AI Search Intelligence platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Use of the platform

You may use Authoricy to analyse and improve the search visibility of domains you own or are authorised to represent. You may not use the platform to scrape data for competitive products, circumvent access controls, or process data in ways that violate applicable law.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.

Credits allocated to your account do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan.

Your data

You retain ownership of data you provide or that is generated on your behalf. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of delivering the platform's services.

Limitation of liability

Authoricy provides analysis and recommendations as informational tools. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in search rankings or AI visibility. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
